K.E.T.O-Athlete Nutrition Plan

Speed Training Academy offers each client purchasing the K.E.T.O-Athlete Nutrition Plan a client support system.

Primary support 

​Skype Call

  1. Skype calls for each client are on the THIRD Sunday of each month between 6 pm and 10 pm Atlantic Standard Time (AST- Barbados). Adjustments will be made for clients in other time zones. Each client will receive a time appointment for the Skype call based on mutual suitability for both client and coach.

  2. Note that the coaching and work week run from Monday to Saturday.

Secondary Support

Daily Reflective Diary 

​Each client is encouraged to keep a daily reflective food diary as a companion on their nutrition journey. This can be a hard copy journal or a food dairy app (Cronometer, Carb Manager, Myfitness Pal).
